Robert Miller scored the winning Penalty in shootout to gave Montserrado Victory over Margibi County in the semifinal of the 2017/2018 National Counties Sports meet, after extra time on Wednesday.

At the same time in kickball Nimba county secured spot to the final after defeating Grand cape mount county 3-1 home runs and Grand bassa county slash aside Margibi county by the same scoreline, meaning Nimba county will play Grand bassa county in the kickball final, while Bong county take on Montserrado.
In the 3rd place playoff Margibi county will come face to face with Grand cape mount county in women game, while Nimba meet Margibi county in men football.
