LFA set to respond to George Solo injunction.....
The Liberia Football Association has announced it has begun the process to address the injunction filed against its Elective Congress by Presidential candidate George Solo.
The Local Football House in a released said the LFA has authorized Sesay Johnson and Associates to vacate the preliminary injunction and return to status quo.
the released said the decision to engage the lawyers followed a meeting between its President Musa Bility and the law firm.
The LFA is assuring stakeholders that it is doing everything possible to have the electoral proceeds completed and appealed for patience.
It can be recalled that the civil law court placed a stay order on the Liberia Football Association runoff election following an application to the court from defeated Presidential Candidate George Solo.
Solo claimed that the failure of the FA Election committee to look into complaint against Mustapha Raji college credential and current LFA vice President Musa Shannon duo citizenship led to him going to the court for intervention.
