Liberian international midfielder Theo weeks who last play for Cyprus side Ermis Aradippou has joins Lebanese topflight club Al- Ansar for an undisclosed fee.
Weeks move to Asia bring to an end his ten years stayed in Europe having had a stints in Turkey,Cyprus, Portugal and Azerbaijan with Ankaraspor,Ankaragucu ,Rizespors ,Goztepe,CS Maritimo, FK Gabala,and Ermis Aradippou.
Theo weeks rose through the topflight of Liberian football with Mighty Barrolle and Watanga FC went he once show cast in the LFA president Cup in honor of outgoing Liberian leader President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf under then Lonestar German Coach Antoine hey who help the promising lad to breakthrough to Europe in 2008 along with fellow country man Tonia tisdell.
Both teenager first started at Turkish Club Ankaraspor before weeks went with a move to another Turkish side Ankaragucu on a season long loan deal in the 2009/2010 Turkish League season.
Having had a stints with Ankaragucu weeks decided to make his stayed with the Basisdaten a permanent one after his time with Ankaraspor came to an End signing on a free transfer.
Following the 2010/2011 season Theo weeks move to another Turkish club this time around with the Turkish second tier club Rizespor in a half season deal and later return to Ankaragucu who was reluctant to renew his Contract allowing the Liberian midfielder to leave on free transfer.
After having shake in his career with ankle injury that kept him on the sideline for close to a season weeks finally returned to action this time around went he landed at another Turkish club Goztepe in a one year deal.
Theo weeks didn't stay longer with FK Goztepe and become clubless again at the end of the 2011/2012 league season.
In 2012 he join Portuguese Club CS Maritimo on a two years deal scoring five times for the Portuguese outfit in 35 appearances.
After a years stayed in Portugal Theo weeks move to Cyprus this time around with Ermis Aradippou in the Cypriots first division on a three years deal.
Weeks spent just a season with Ermis and move to Azerbaijan side FK Gabala in a year loan deal.
In Azerbaijan weeks impress well by helping the Club to the Group stage of the 2015/2016 Europa League in a remarkable season were he manage to score a hat trick against Georgian side samtredia in the first leg first stage of the Europa league qualifier also becoming the first Liberian to score hat trick in any European football Competition.
Weeks score seven goals in 27 appearances with FK Gabala before returning to Ermis Aradippou and then to Al-Ansar.
