Pags FC gain Promotion to Second division!!!!!!

Logan town base 3rd division club Pags FC as gain automatically Promotion to the Liberia Football Association National Second division League for next Season.

The Garage outfit did so during the week with a 4-1 thrashing of young vision FC at the famous Antoinette Tubman Staduim in Central Monrovia in the 2016/2017 3rd division Promotional race.

Pags who will have to wait for the winner of the match between Samira FC/Bristol City/Freeport FC to decide the 3rd division playoff Champion will officially play in the Second tier of Liberian football next season after spending three (3) Season in the 3rd division Championship. 

The former Logan town sub Committee Champion seal the first slot as one of the three best finalist that will participate in the 2017/2018 LFA Second division League.

Two solid goals from striker clearance Kadley in the 71st and 88th minutes plus a strike each from forward David PAYE and Adolphus Robert ensure Pags qualification to the Second division while forward Ezikiel Johnson score the Consolation for Vision FC. 

After clinching the Logan town sub Committee Liberia Football Association 3rd division Championship Pags begin their road to Second division by participating in the LFA regional 3rd division playoff that was staged in Bomi County.

In the regional playoff campaign the Garage boys manage to collect seven points from three matches by defeating kojah FC 2-0 Crashing Adams FC 4-1 and settle up a stimulated 1-1 draw with City rival Freeport FC and both sides qualify for the LFA National playoff to play in Monrovia.

In the LFA 3rd division National playoff the Logan town base club was pair in Group B along side Margibi county Bristol FC Nimba kodoo FC as well as Montserrado County Golden stars but the oil rich garage outfit manage to avoid a defeat collecting two draws and a win that automatically qualify them for the Quarterfinal last eight of the National playoff.

Pags beat Golden star 4-2 and drew one all with both Bristol FC and Kodoo FC heading to the final eight in the first quarterfinal match the Garage boys defeated Junior Barcelona of Bomi County by 3-1 and whip young Vision FC 4-1 to qualify for the Liberia Football Association National Second division League which schedule to kick of early January 2018.
