LFA Announced Restart of Football Activities......

The Liberia Football Association through its Competitions Reviews Committee has Announced the Resumption of Football Activities in the Country Following the heavy loaded Political Season that saw Liberian go to the poll to elect its New Leader that will succeed one time Africa First Female head of State President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf.

In a released Communication to the press the Local Football House stated that all Football activities in the Country looks set to get on the way on November ,11, 2017 following the much talk about political season and the 2017 Presidential Runoff Election.

The Communication from the LFA also state that Football activities in the country will resumed on November 11 at various Venues across Monrovia.

the released have it that the Women Football National League will get going on the same day at various Venues in and around the country political Capital Monrovia as well as the LFA 3rd division League National Playoff which kickoff at the old age Antoinette Tubman Stadium (A.T.S) the same day.

According to the country mouth piece for soccer the LFA the 3rd division League National playoff will involves 16 Community base football teams from around the country that will play in a series rounds of Matches with the Winner and Runner up qualifying for the LFA Second tier Competition the National Second division League.

Meanwhile the Competition Committee of the local football house also made it clear that the draw for the 2017 3rd division League National playoff will take place on November 6, at the ATS in Central Monrovia.

The LFA committee concluded that the youth domestic League will also resumed on the same day the underage Competition was put to hold due to the heavy and heated political Season just after four(4) rounds of Matches.
