Recent named Lithuania Lyga A Championship Most Valuable Player of Round two in Lithuania Football Liberian International Midfielder Murphy Oscar Dorley has earned his first taste of Europe Premier Football after featuring in the Preliminaries Rounds of the European Second tier Prestigious Competition the Europa League.
The Liberian Midfielder was instrumental to help his Lithuania Side FK Trakai to a 1-2 away win over Scottish Side St. Johnstone in the Qualification Rounds for the Group Stage of the Europa League.
Despite Earning his first Start in the European Second Most Premier Competition the Europa League the Former Monrovia Club Breweries Midfielder Produced a Sensational displayed to give his side an advantage going into the returned leg in a week time.
Not only his over marked display led his team to victory but the tiny Liberian Midfielder played a key part in the Trakai winning goal with a beautiful time Assist.
The Liberian Midfielder grab his first taste of European Premiered Football Competition with beautiful on time through ball to team up with Lithuania Forward Vaidotas Silênãs in the 36 minute of the first half for the FK Trakai winning goal.
Russian Forward Maksim Maksimo put the Visitors FK Trakai ahead on 14 minute through an assist from Lithuania Midfielder Borovskij Valdemar before Italian Forward Joe Shaughnessy restored the deadlock for the Scottish home team St. Johnstone in the 32nd minutes of the match.
And Lithuania Forward Vaidotas Silênãs finished up the home side with a beautiful strike through an assist from Murphy Oscar Dorley.
The win put Oscar Dorley and his Lovely FK Trakai in good position for a place in the group Stage of the Europa League ahead of the Return leg which is set to take place at the LFF Stadium in Lithuania on July 8.
A win for FK Trakai see them qualified for the Group Stage of the European Second tier Club Competition the Europa League or any draw will also see them goes through a 1-0 defeat at home also qualifies them while a 2-0 lost meaning Murphy Oscar Dorley and his futbolo Klubas Trakai waves goodbye to the Competition.
Meanwhile Murphy Oscar Dorley has joined Experience Midfielder Theo weeks of Azerbaijan side FK Gabala bringing the number to two Liberian Player to have featured in a European Premier Club Competition in recent years behind the legendary George Weah.
It can be recalled last Season former Gedi & Sons and Watanga Midfielder Theo weeks stand as the only Liberian player to have played in the Europa League after him showcast in the Competition Group Stage and the Preliminary rounds becoming the first Liberian to Score Hat trick in the European Competition with his Azerbaijan side.
