Zimbabwe New Captain Mosuna target win against Liberia.........
The Warriors of Zimbabwe New Skipper Knowledge Mosuna of Belgium Club KV Oostende's is targeting win against the Lonestar of Liberia when the Two Sides Battle at the National City Stadium in Harare this Sunday June 11 in the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations Qualifiers.
Sunday AFCON Showdown will be the 3rd meeting between the two Countries in Seven years with the warriors having a better advantage over the Lonestar the two sides has met under two occasions according to FIFA international match record.
The previous two meeting between the two Countries Came in the 2012 Africa cup of Nations Qualifier , were the warriors Claimed a 3-0 second leg win in 2012 in Harare against the Lonestar after the first leg ended in a 1-1 draw in 2010 at the Samuel Kayon Doe Sports Complex in Paynesville City.
Speaking to reporters at the warriors training Champ yesterday in Harare KV Oostende's Striker Knowledge Mosuna who is the New Captain of the Zimbabwe National Team Said he is Much Confident that his Side Can pull the dersiving Victory against Liberia Come Sunday.
I don't know much about my AFCON Opponent but have seen a few Video about them they have a very very good team with much of there players are foreign base.
Coming from around Europe, India , China and Africa I know just a few of them like Anthony Laffor of Mamelodi Sundown in South Africa and William Jebor of wydad Athletic in Morocco they are all very good players and could have been threaten to us.
But it good to Know they are all absence but I think my players needs to made up their minds and play a very good game and iam Sure victory is setting for us on Sunday.
We want to Start with a win against Liberia but the Match is a very difficult one but iam very much Confident we will win to make our Country and fans proud.
