Manchester United are closely monitoring 15-year-old Vancouver Whitecaps forward Alphonso Davies, according to reports.
The immensely promising teenager became the second youngest player – behind Freddy Adu – ever to make an appearance in the MLS as he made his Whitecaps debut earlier this summer.
Davies has since gone on to score one goal in 15 appearances for the Canadian outfit and his performances have put a number of top European sides on alert.
The Sun suggest the Red Devils scout for America, Jorge Alvial, watched the youngster as Whitecaps lost 2-1 to Seattle Sounders at the weekend.
